Why the name Living Stones Solutions?

The name of the business is grounded in Scripture and speaks of the key assets that all followers of Christ would be wise to remember as we wish to live in faithful obedience for His sake.

Coming to Him [as to] a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God [and] precious, you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture, “Behold, I lay in Zion A chief cornerstone, elect, precious, And he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame.” (1Pe 2:4-6 NKJV)

There are times all believers feel unequipped. We are living in a fallen world with external agendas and influences that often cause us to feel rejected by others. But Jesus has a different identity for us. He calls us chosen. We are His and He considers you and me precious.

The idea of “being built up as a spiritual house” falls right along the lines of a core principle that we believe in – we are to continuously grow in our faith, in our relationships, in our work, and in our drive to be of better service for Him and to offer up better solutions to advance His kingdom. Notice the tense of that verse. We are “being built.” It is continuous. This is why our mentorship model is built on continual relationship, not single, transactional sessions.

The purpose of his choosing of us is for us to offer up spiritual sacrifices for His acceptance and glory. We are called to humbly serve God through Jesus Christ for the benefit of others around us.

Lastly, we focus on Jesus, our Chief Cornerstone. When we do this, we shed all past failures, every ounce of shame, and put our faith in the source of strength for which our foundation is centered.
